Hi! I’m Aubrey 🙂

I’m 28 years old, getting married in less than two months, and determined to build an education resource that helps my generation, and the others that follow us, discover their right to financial freedom and generational wealth.

A little about me…

I graduated high school in 2014, and college in 2017, because ‘You have to get a degree…’ After college I was lost, I just earned a bachelor’s degree for Hospitality Management, in an industry I didn’t really love, I was just familiar with it and ‘it sounded fun’ when it was time to pick a university and major. I worked in hotels, restaurants, and resorts until COVID brought the hospitality and travel industry to a grinding halt.

I bounced around a few jobs that didn’t fit me quite right, and decided I wanted to take control into my own hands, and started my entrepreneurship journey. I wanted to be a travel agent, so I started a travel agency and booked trips for my friends and family. (Insider’s note: Travel commissions take forever to pay out) So I needed to find something that would get money in my pocket a little faster.

Also, since deciding I was going to be an entrepreneur meant understanding I wasn’t going to receive company-sponsored benefits. So I would be in charge of creating my own benefits. I found private health insurance, I learned how to budget my money to save for taxes at the end of the year, and I knew I would need something similar to the 401k to save for retirement. That’s when I started learning the difference between all the IRAs, the 401ks, the 403bs, the other retirement accounts, and the annuities.

One week, I was helping my mom renovate her rental property and her friend came over to help out with the project and began sharing her experience as a life insurance agent. I was intrigued enough to sign up for the education, take the test, and earn my life insurance producer license. I jumped into a brand new industry without having any clue how I passed that test…

I tried, failed, and made it a backburner project within a month. I told myself it would come back when the time was right, and I could find the right people to mentor me.

Fast forward a year and a half.

My husband’s company relocated us to Phoenix, AZ. Without ever visiting Phoenix, we were picked up and dropped down right in the middle of Metro Phoenix. (For those of you who haven’t visited, it’s a great city, but Phoenix IS the Wild, Wild West.)

Fate will have it, I found a local insurance office that was affiliated with the IMO I had previously joined. I was ecstatic to join their team and finally learn how to use the license I earned and almost forgotten.

I began by helping families add small amounts of life insurance in place for their Burial and Final Expenses or Mortgage Protection. I helped as much as I could, but at the end of the day, I was trying to help people who didn’t care and didn’t have the money to keep in place. Unfortunately, a lot of new agents have similar experiences as I did.

Fortunately, that led to a revolution within my agency.

We, as an agency, decided to change our focus. Instead of worrying about life insurance - which is in place to take care of the End-Of-Life Expenses; we started talking about Living Insurance - which is in place to allow our clients to use dividend-paying whole life insurance to Become Their Own Bank and finance their own purchases throughout their lives, their children’s lives, and all generations from there.

“Your need for financing is way larger than your need for death benefit” - Nelson Nash

This change in focus is what eventually led me here, to creating a resource to educate Americans, elevate their financial mindsets, and empower my generation and every generation that follows to take Financial Freedom as a right, not a dream or a distant goal.

Now I help my clients acquire appreciating assets that do just that.

I make sure my client’s money is working for them, sitting in accounts that give their money guaranteed growth though dividend paying whole life insurance, fixed index annuities, and term deposits. Then I help them keep their assets protected and build generational wealth by putting the correct estate plan in place for their family. I bring financial certainty to an uncertain economy.

So here I am, working as an Administrator by Day; a Financial Educator and Writer by Night. I’ll share my training, mindset, and stories to empower a generation to make changes to our family’s futures that you may have never thought were possible.

Follow along to join my journey, and learn a thing or two along the way!
